Aivento was founded by Mats Vabø, with a clear belief:

Through education and professional experience, I have worked closely with individuals and teams in situations where communication directly affects outcomes. I have built and developed teams, trained professionals in clear and confident delivery, and worked hands-on with how people communicate with customers, colleagues, and decision-makers — especially in demanding situations.

My educational background combines rhetoric, marketing and a Master’s degree in Business, along with more than ten years of work experience in sales, marketing and business development. This has given me a deep understanding of how language, structure and presence influence credibility, execution, and performance under pressure.

Aivento is the result of this experience. Here, I use what I have learned to help people and teams prepare better, communicate more clearly, and handle important situations with greater confidence — whether it involves interviews, sales, customer communication or leadership.
