Aivento Sales Performance is a modular training programme designed for sales teams that want higher quality, better flow and greater confidence in sales conversations.
The training is built around language, structure and dialogue, and is based on real sales situations. This includes sales conducted over the phone, in digital meetings or in face-to-face customer conversations.
I work closely with sales teams in practice, observing real sales interactions and focusing on the moments where outcomes are actually decided. The modules are suitable for both new and experienced salespeople and can be delivered individually or combined over time.
The objective is consistent across levels: increased confidence and control throughout the sales conversation – from needs assessment to a clear and confident close.

My background and approach to sales
My approach to sales training is built around clear, effective communication and how it shapes trust, clarity and progress in sales conversations. Strong sales results depend on customers understanding both what you offer and the value behind it.
I have worked with sales for more than ten years, including retail, phone-based sales and in-person B2B customer meetings. This experience has given me a solid understanding of how sales works in everyday situations and the expectations placed on both salespeople and leaders.
The training is grounded in a master’s degree in business and academic education in marketing and rhetoric. This ensures a structured and thoughtful approach, with a clear focus on what actually creates impact in customer conversations.
