Language and Communication Improvement for Businesses
Do your customers clearly understand what you offer – or does the language mainly make sense internally? Across many organisations, professional terminology and internal language gradually create distance to customers, partners, or users. Aivento helps businesses clarify language and communication, so messages become clear, relevant, and easy to understand – without losing precision or professional credibility.
The service is relevant for companies established in Norway working in Norwegian and English, as well as for international organisations that use English as a primary language in their communication — whether in their home market, across multiple markets, or in connection with the Norwegian market.

How Aivento supports your communication
Language and communication advisory at Aivento focuses on how organisations communicate in practice – both in writing and in dialogue. By working with existing texts, customer communication, and real situations, I help simplify language without removing substance or meaning. Assignments range from focused improvements to larger initiatives, depending on scope, needs and desired duration.

My experience
I have worked with language simplification and customer communication for companies both in Norway and internationally. With more than ten years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, I bring practical insight into how communication affects understanding, trust and decision-making.
In addition, I hold a master’s degree in business with education in rhetoric and marketing, providing a solid foundation for helping organisations improve results through clearer communication.
