With more than a decade of experience in sales, business development and communication, I combine practical insight with an academic background that includes a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric and a master’s degree in business.

My background in rhetoric provides a strong framework for understanding how people build credibility, communicate under pressure and present competence effectively. Combined with national and international experience in communication and language development, this forms the foundation for the interview training I deliver to companies and organisations.

My goal is to strengthen the quality of interview processes related to recruitment, restructuring and employee development.
